Tickets to second- and third-round games of the 2013 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament at HP Pavilion go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. at www.NCAA.com/mbbtickets.

The tournament begins with the four first-round games in Dayton, Ohio, on March 19-20. Second- and third-round action in San Jose is March 21 and 23. Los Angeles is the West Regional site on March 28 and 30. The Final Four is in Atlanta on April 6 and 8.

  • Brittany Howard had 12 kills, leading the No. 4 Stanford women's volleyball team (15-2, 7-0 Pac-12) to a 25-18, 25-16, 25-18 sweep of sixth-ranked USC (16-3, 4-3) at Maples Pavilion.

    Jeremy Lin (Palo Alto High) made his debut in his second stint with the Houston Rockets, but this time with a long-term contract. He played nearly 20 minutes in a 107-105 win over Oklahoma City, posting three points on 1-of-3 shooting, six assists and three steals in Hidalgo, Texas.
