THURSDAY, JULY 26

  • ILLEGAL TOOLS -- Police arrested a Concord man, 30, at 2:05 a.m. at Detroit Avenue and Laguna Street on suspicion of possession of burglary tools.

    FRIDAY, JULY 27

  • ILLEGAL TOOLS -- A 39-year-old Concord man was arrested at 1:04 a.m. at Concord Avenue and Interstate 680 on suspicion of possession of burglary tools.

  • DRUGS -- Police arrested two Concord people on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, including a man, 35, at 1:08 a.m. at Oak Grove and Ryan roads; and a man, 40, at 1:40 a.m. in the 2900 block of Claudia Drive.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Police cited a 38-year-old Concord woman at 7:40 p.m. in the 5400 block of Ygnacio Valley Road on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • POSSESSION -- Three people were arrested on suspicion of drug possession, including a Concord woman, 64, at 10:26 p.m. at Clayton Road and Wharton Way; an Antioch man, 35, at 10:35 p.m. in the 2000 block of Salvio Street; and a Concord woman, 41, at 11:46 p.m. at El Monte and Roseland drives.

    SATURDAY, JULY 28

  • DUI -- Police

    arrested a Bay Point woman, 23, at 2:29 a.m. in the 2000 block of Salvio Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • POSSESSION -- A 22-year-old Bay Point man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at 6:30 p.m. at Detroit Avenue and Laguna Street.

    SUNDAY, JULY 29

  • BATTERY -- At 12:10 a.m., police arrested a Bay Point man, 23, on suspicion of battery in the 1100 block of Lacey Lane.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Two people were cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct, including a Clayton man, 44, at 1:34 p.m. in the 1500 block of Kirker Pass Road; and a Pittsburg man, 24, at 2 a.m. in the 2100 block of Galindo Street.

  • DRUGS -- At Kirker Pass Road and Myrtle Drive, police arrested a San Francisco man, 26, at 11:48 a.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • POSSESSION -- A Concord man, 20, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at 7:20 p.m. at Concord Boulevard and Crestwood Circle.

  • DUI -- Police arrested a 37-year-old Concord man at 11:20 p.m. in the 2000 block of Monument Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    MONDAY, JULY 30

  • DRUGS -- A Concord woman, 45, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 1:30 a.m. in the 2800 block of Monument Boulevard.

  • ASSAULT -- At 9:42 a.m., police arrested a Concord male transient, 25, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, but with great bodily injury likely, in the 5400 block of Roundtree Court.

  • DUI -- Police arrested a 24-year-old Orinda man at High School Avenue and Port Chicago Highway on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    TUESDAY, JULY 31

  • DUI -- A Clayton man, 27, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at 12:35 a.m. at Balhan Drive and Clayton Road.

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested three Concord people on suspicion of drug possession, including a male transient, 51, and a woman, 52, at 4:34 p.m. at Bates and Nelson avenues; and a male transient, 56, at 5:51 p.m. at Carlson Court and Chestnut Avenue.

    WEDNESDAY, AUG. 1

  • DUI -- Three Concord motorists were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, including a man, 21, at 2 a.m. at Panoramic Drive and Port Chicago Highway; a man, 33, at 4:12 a.m. at Clayton Road and El Camino Drive; and a woman, 28, at 9:25 p.m. in the 5400 block of Roundtree Drive.

  • CANNABIS -- At 6:40 p.m., police arrested a 21-year-old Concord man on suspicion of planting or cultivating marijuana in the 1400 block of San Carlos Avenue.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- A Concord male transient, 25, was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a business at 7:20 p.m. in the 2600 block of Clayton Road.

  • THEFT -- In the 1700 block of Monument Boulevard, police arrested a Concord man, 45, at 7:20 p.m. on suspicion of theft.

  • POSSESSION -- A 22-year-old Bay Point man was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics for purchase or sale at 11:30 p.m. at Galindo and Oak streets.
