THURSDAY, OCT. 18

  • DRUGS -- A Martinez woman, 38, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of Bates Avenue on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Police arrested a Concord man on suspicion of burglarizing a business at 2:33 a.m. in the 1800 block of Bates Avenue.

  • POSSESSION -- Two Concord people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a man, 44, at 5:37 p.m. at Landana Court and Landana Drive; and a man 46, at 11:29 p.m. in the 1700 block of Sharon Drive.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Police cited a 53-year-old Concord male transient at 10:23 p.m. on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct at Ellis Street and Toyon Drive.

    FRIDAY, OCT. 19

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Two Concord people were cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct, including a male transient, 42, at 12:07 a.m. at Sunvalley mall; and a man, 24, at 11:24 p.m. in the 1500 block of Lavetta Way.

  • DUI -- Police arrested a Concord man, 26, at 9:12 p.m. at Marietta Court and Treat Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
