Concord Police The following excerpts are from the Concord Police log: THURSDAY, OCT. 18 DRUGS -- A Martinez woman, 38, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of Bates Avenue on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Police arrested a Concord man on suspicion of burglarizing a business at 2:33 a.m. in the 1800 block of Bates Avenue. POSSESSION -- Two Concord people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a man, 44, at 5:37 p.m. at Landana Court and Landana Drive; and a man 46, at 11:29 p.m. in the 1700 block of Sharon Drive. DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Police cited a 53-year-old Concord male transient at 10:23 p.m. on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct at Ellis Street and Toyon Drive.FRIDAY, OCT. 19 DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Two Concord people were cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct, including a male transient, 42, at 12:07 a.m. at Sunvalley mall; and a man, 24, at 11:24 p.m. in the 1500 block of Lavetta Way. DUI -- Police arrested a Concord man, 26, at 9:12 p.m. at Marietta Court and Treat Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

class="listingshead2">SATURDAY, OCT. 20 DUI -- Three motorists were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, including a Daly City man, 61, at 12:14 a.m. at Concord Boulevard and Galindo Street; a Concord woman, 24, at 3 a.m. in the 2100 block of Willow Pass Road; and a Concord man, 21, at 11:04 p.m. in the 1900 block of Diamond Boulevard. DRUGS -- Police arrested two people on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, including a Concord woman, 29, at 1:35 a.m. in the 2400 block of Olivera Road; and a Danville man, 52, at 6:58 p.m. at Bermuda Drive and Hampshire Court. BATTERY -- At 9:15 p.m., police arrested a Concord man, 22, on suspicion of battery in the 1100 block of Meadow Lane. POSSESSION -- A 21-year-old Bay Point woman was arrested at 10:02 p.m. in the 1500 block of Concord Avenue on suspicion of drug possession.SUNDAY, OCT. 21 POSSESSION -- Police arrested two Pittsburg people on suspicion of drug possession, including a man, 43, at 12:15 a.m. at Grant Street and Willow Pass Road; and a man, 34, at 8:13 p.m. in the 2400 block of Olivera Road. DUI -- A Walnut Creek man, 28, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at 12:45 a.m. at Cordova Way and The Alameda. DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Police cited a Concord man, 36, at 1:10 a.m. at Monument Boulevard and Virginia Lane on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct. LOITERING -- At 4:10 p.m., an Oakland woman, 25, was arrested on suspicion of loitering in the 4600 block of Clayton Road on suspicion of prostitution.MONDAY, OCT. 22 DUI -- Police arrested an Antioch man on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at midnight at Clayton Road and Pine Street. ILLEGAL TOOLS -- A 36-year-old Concord man was arrested at 4 a.m. in the 4200 block of St. Paul Way on suspicion of possession of burglary tools.TUESDAY, OCT. 23 DUI -- Police arrested two Concord motorists on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, including a man, 34, at 12:32 a.m. at Amador Avenue and Marina Court; and a man, 54, at 11:46 p.m. in the 1500 block of Nicholas Drive. DRUGS -- Two Concord people, including a female transient, 20, and a man, 43, were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at around 10:20 a.m. in the 2200 block of Salvio Street. LICENSE -- Police cited a Concord man, 32, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license at 2 p.m. at Clayton and Coventry roads. POSSESSION -- A 23-year-old Concord man was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on suspicion of drug possession in the 1000 block of Oak Grove Road.WEDNESDAY, OCT. 24 DUI -- Police arrested a Concord woman, 30, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at 12:20 a.m. at East and Park streets. POSSESSION -- Two people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Clayton man, 45, at 2:55 a.m. at Concord Avenue and Market Street; and a Concord woman, 29, at 11 a.m. in the 1500 block of Rishell Drive. FRAUD -- At 9:15 a.m., police arrested a 20-year-old Pittsburg man and a 26-year-old Antioch man at Clayton Road and Glazier Drive on suspicion of making and/or passing a fictitious check.
