Thursday, Sept. 12

  • battery -- A 39-year-old Martinez woman was arrested at 10:40 a.m. in the 1300 block of Galindo Street on suspicion of battery with serious injury.

  • burglary commercial -- At 4:53 p.m. at Sunvalley mall, an Antioch woman, 31, and a Concord man, 42, were arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary.

  • DUI -- At Lacey Lane and Monument Boulevard, a 41-year-old Antioch man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 7:25 p.m.

  • DUI -- A Walnut Creek man, 51, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. at Lacey Lane and Monument Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence.

  • battery -- At 8:35 p.m., a 27-year-old Concord man was arrested at Oak Grove Road and Treat Boulevard on suspicion of battery.

  • possession -- In the 1100 block of Oregon Drive, a Concord man, 34, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

  • take vehicle -- A Concord transient, 26, was cited at 10:59 p.m. in the 1100 block of Meadow Lane on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.

  • DUI -- At 2:55 a.m. at Concord Boulevard and Sixth Street, a Kings Beach woman, 30, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

  • disorderly conduct -- A 35-year-old transient was cited at 12:08 p.m. in the 2100 block of Pacheco Street on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • possession -- A 20-year-old Concord man was arrested in the 3900 block of Mulberry Drive at 10:54 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance; and a 26-year-old Concord woman was arrested in the 4600 block of Clayton Road at 11:30 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale.

    Saturday, Sept. 14

  • disorderly conduct -- At 1:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Detroit Avenue, a Concord man, 31, was cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • vandalism -- A 32-year-old Concord male transient was cited in the 1400 block of Rosal Lane at 2:06 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism.

  • exhibit deadly weapon -- At Clayton Road and Fry Way at 4:55 p.m., a Concord man, 50, was arrested on suspicion of exhibiting a deadly weapon.

  • attempted burglary -- A 47-year-old Tarzana man was arrested in the 2400 block of Monument Boulevard at 6 p.m. on suspicion of attempted burglary.

  • resist officer -- At 8:01 p.m. in the 1300 block of Detroit Avenue, a Concord male transient, 22, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing or resisting a public officer.

  • disorderly conduct -- Two men were arrested on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct, including a Bay Point man, 40, at 8:45 p.m. in the 3600 block of Thunderbird Court; and a Concord man, 38, at 11 p.m. in the 1100 block of Virginia Lane.

    Sunday, Sept. 15

  • disorderly conduct -- A 40-year-old Concord man was cited at midnight in the 1300 block of Galindo Street on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • under the influence -- At 12:30 p.m., a male transient, 33, was cited at Salvio and Adobe streets of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

    Monday, Sept. 16

  • possession -- Two people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Concord man, 30, at 5:46 p.m. in the 1100 block of Meadow Lane; and a Pittsburg man, 19, at 7:58 p.m. at Sunvalley mall.

  • assault -- At 7:58 p.m. at Sunvalley mall, a Pittsburg man, 19, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, but with great bodily injury likely.

    Tuesday, Sept. 17

  • grand theft -- A 26-year-old Concord woman was arrested at 3 p.m. in the 1300 block of Galindo Street on suspicion of grand theft.

  • possession -- In the 1100 block of Marilyn Way at 5:35 p.m., a Concord man, 20, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale.

    Wednesday, Sept. 18

  • possession -- At 12:06 a.m., a Concord female transient, 28, was arrested in the 1400 block of Grove Way on suspicion of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

  • disorderly conduct -- A Concord man, 49, was cited at 12:47 a.m. in the 2800 block of Crawford Street on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • vandalism -- In the 4200 block of Clayton Road, a Concord man, 37, was cited at 2:36 a.m. on suspicion of vandalism.

  • under the influence -- At 1:10 p.m., a 28-year-old Pittsburg woman was cited on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 1700 block of Willow Pass Road.

  • concealed weapon -- A Concord man, 19, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. in the 2800 block of Monument Boulevard on suspicion of carrying a concealed dagger.

  • controlled substance -- A 34-year-old Concord transient was arrested at 7:18 p.m. in the 3400 block of Royal Road on suspicion of transporting or selling a controlled substance.

  • no I.D. -- At High School Avenue and Port Chicago Highway at 8:38 p.m., a Concord man, 42, was cited on suspicion of failure to provide a driver's license or I.D.

  • take vehicle -- At 9:27 p.m. in the 4600 block of Clayton Road, a San Rafael transient, 44, was cited on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.

  • possession -- A 19-year-old Concord man was arrested at Marsh Creek Road and Center Street at 9:40 p.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana or hashish for sale.

  • DUI -- At 11:32 p.m., a 60-year-old Clayton woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at Clayton and Mitchell Canyon roads.

    Tuesday, Sept. 17

  • possession -- In the 5400 block of Clayton Road, a Concord man, 35, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

    Wednesday, Sept. 18

  • suspended license -- At 11:13 a.m., a 30-year-old Concord man was cited on suspicion of driving with a suspended license at Main Street and Marsh Creek Road.

  • possession -- A Concord man, 19, was arrested at Marsh Creek Road and Center Street at 9:42 p.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and possession of a controlled substance.

    Thursday, Sept. 19

  • accident -- A noninjury accident was reported at 2:53 p.m. on North El Camino Drive.

  • possession -- At 9:42 p.m., a Concord man, 19, and a Clayton man, 18, were arrested at Marsh Creek Road and Center Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and possession of a controlled substance.
