Linda Weeks of the Knightsen Advisory Council, and Dennis Cannon, an inmate at the Marsh Creek Detention Facility in Clayton, look over refurbished bikes at the facility where 28 Contra Costa County children's agencies come to choose handcrafted toys and reconditioned bikes.
