THURSDAY, MARCH 13

  • POSSESSION -- At 1:07 a.m., police arrested a man, 25, and a woman, 19, both from San Diego, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale at Monument Boulevard and Victory Lane.

  • DUI -- Two motorists were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, including a Concord man, 51, at 1:55 a.m. at Concord Boulevard and Galindo Street; and a San Jose man, 22, at 11:55 p.m. in the 2000 block of Willow Pass Road.

  • ASSAULT -- Police arrested a male transient, 63, at 2:09 p.m. in the 1700 block of Willow Pass Road on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, but with great bodily injury likely.

  • DRUGS -- Two people were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, including a Martinez man, 25, at 4:01 p.m. at Babel Lane and Clayton Road; and a Pleasant Hill man, 47, at 4:43 p.m. in the 5400 block of Clayton Road.

  • THEFT -- In the 3600 block of Clayton Road, police arrested a 24-year-old Concord man at 5:29 p.m. on suspicion of stealing less than $950 worth of item(s).

  • STOLEN AUTO -- A Concord male transient, 27, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a vehicle at 7:43 p.m. in the 1500 block of Clayton Road.

  • ROBBERY -- Police arrested a Concord man, 31, on suspicion of robbery at 8:21 p.m. in the 1100 block of Contra Costa Boulevard.

    FRIDAY, MARCH 14

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Five people were cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct, including a Bay Point man, 25, at 12:25 a.m. in the 2000 block of Mt. Diablo Street; a Concord woman, 23, at 1:54 p.m. in that vicinity; a Concord man, 46, at 9:05 a.m. in the 2700 block of Willow Pass Road; a Concord man, 44, at 3 p.m. at Mt. Diablo and Salvio streets; and a Concord man, 24, at 8 p.m. in the 3500 block of Clayton Road.

  • THREATS -- At 12:38 a.m. in the 2000 block of Mt. Diablo Street, police arrested a 41-year-old Concord man on suspicion of threatening a school employee or officer and on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • POSSESSION -- Four people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Fairfield man, 38, at 4:09 p.m. in the 2000 block of Meridian Park Boulevard; a Concord man, 32, at 8:17 p.m. in the 1000 block of Burnett Avenue; a Concord woman, 27, at 10:10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Meadow Lane; and a Vallejo man, 44, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale at 11:20 p.m. at Brookview Circle and Brookview Drive.

    SATURDAY, MARCH 15

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested two people on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Concord man, 26, at 12:24 a.m. in the 2400 block of Olivera Road; and a Benicia man, 27, at 6:10 p.m. at Adobe Drive and Grant Street.

  • BATTERY -- At 12:59 a.m. in the 1500 block of Monument Boulevard, a 23-year-old San Pablo man was arrested on suspicion of battery.

  • DRUGS -- Police arrested two people on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, including a Concord woman, 19, at 2:31 a.m. in the 1600 block of Monument Boulevard; and a Danville man, 22, at 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of Burnett Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- A Moraga man, 34, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a vehicle at 8:23 a.m. in the 1800 block of Granada Drive.

  • LOITERING -- Police arrested a 27-year-old Pittsburg woman at 10:50 p.m. on suspicion of loitering around the 3500 block of Clayton Road for the purpose of prostitution.

  • BURGLARY -- An Antioch man, 21, was arrested on suspicion of burglary at 11:40 p.m. in the 2000 block of Diamond Boulevard.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 16

  • BATTERY -- Police arrested a Concord man, 50, on suspicion of battery at 12:55 a.m. in the 5500 block of Sun Cloud Court.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- A 25-year-old Clayton man was cited at 1 a.m. in the 3300 block of Clayton Road on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • ARSON -- At 4:54 a.m., police arrested a Concord woman, 45, on suspicion of intentionally setting fire to an inhabited structure in the 1400 block of Bel Air Drive.

  • POSSESSION -- Two Concord people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a man, 27, at 8:45 p.m. in the 1100 block of Meadow Lane; and a woman, 33, at 8:50 p.m. in the same vicinity.

    MONDAY, MARCH 17

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested two people on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Livermore man, 35, at 5:33 p.m. in the 1800 block of Robin Lane; and a Concord man, 32, at 11:36 p.m. in the 1300 block of Detroit Avenue. And, a Concord man, 43, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for transport or sale at 7:20 p.m. at Meadow Lane and Sunshine Drive.

  • HIT-and-RUN -- At 7 p.m., a 29-year-old Antioch man was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run causing death or injury in the 1600 block of Aster Drive.

    TUESDAY, MARCH 18

  • DRUGS -- A Concord man, 22, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. in the 1200 block of Monument Boulevard on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • GRAND THEFT -- At 1 p.m. in the 1600 block of Willow Pass Road, police arrested a Pittsburg man, 34, on suspicion of stealing more than $950 worth of item(s).

  • POSSESSION -- A Concord male transient, 26, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at Diamond Boulevard and Willow Pass Road.

    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Police arrested a Clayton man, 21, at 4:12 a.m. in the 2800 block of Clayton Road on suspicion of burglarizing a business.

  • ASSAULT -- At 9:57 a.m., a 36-year-old Concord man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault in the 3900 block of Laura Alice Way.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- A Concord man, 50, was cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct at 9 p.m. in the 1800 block of Farm Bureau Road.

  • suspended license -- A 19-year-old Clayton man was cited at 3 p.m. at Clayton Road and Oakhurst Drive on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

  • burglary residential -- A residential burglary was reported on La Encinal Place at 3:10 p.m.

  • vandalism -- In the 6000 block of Heritage Trail at 6:10 p.m., vandalism was reported.

    Wednesday, March 19

  • warrant -- At 12:09 a.m. in the 1500 block of Kirker Pass Road, a Concord man, 24, was arrested in connection with a warrant.

    Thursday, March 20

  • suspended license -- At Kirker Pass Road and Concord Boulevard, a Concord man, 31, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, driving with a blood-alcohol content less than .01 while on probation for DUI, and probation violation.
