THURSDAY, MARCH 20

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested a Concord male transient, 25, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 12:40 a.m. in the 2600 block of Willow Pass Road. And, a Hayward man, 20, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. in the 3700 block of Treat Boulevard on suspicion of possession of concentrated cannabis.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- A male transient, 60, was cited at 11:56 a.m. on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct in the 1600 block of Monument Boulevard.

  • DRUGS -- Police arrested a Concord man, 19, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 5:17 p.m. in the 1900 block of Grant Street.

  • DUI -- A Concord woman, 33, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at 10:37 p.m. at Cobblestone Drive and Treat Boulevard.

    FRIDAY, MARCH 21

  • DRUGS -- Police arrested a Concord man, 23, at 5:40 p.m. at Mendocino and Nulty drives on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • WEAPON -- At 8:43 p.m., a Concord man, 21, was arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed dagger at Cape Cod Way and Hamlet Drive.

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested a Concord man, 38, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale at 9:08 p.m. at Erickson Road and Monument Boulevard.

    SATURDAY, MARCH 22

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Three people were cited on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct, including: a Richmond man, 35, at 1:16 a.m. at Sunvalley mall; a Pittsburg man, 30, at 3:56 a.m. at Laurel Drive and Renee Way; and a Concord man, 28, at 6:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mi Casa Court.

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested a Concord man, 31, at 6:15 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Mi Casa Court.

  • THEFT -- A Martinez man, 34, was arrested on suspicion of stealing less than $950 worth of item(s) at 7:45 p.m. at Sunvalley mall.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 23

  • POSSESSION -- Two people, a Pittsburg woman, 29, and a Concord male transient, 33, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale at 12:13 a.m. in the 3600 block of Clayton Road.

  • POSSESSION -- Three people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Concord male transient, 29, and a Walnut Creek woman, 39, at 1:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Concord Avenue; and a Concord man, 29, at 10:24 p.m. at Lacey Lane and Monument Boulevard.

  • DRUGS -- Police arrested a 36-year-old Pleasant Hill man at 4:41 a.m. in the 800 block of Oak Grove Road on suspicion of drug-related disorderly conduct.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- A Pacheco man, 33, was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a business in the 1600 block of Willow Pass Road at 3:23 p.m.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Police arrested a Concord man, 52, on suspicion of stealing a vehicle at 9:02 p.m. at Sussex Way and Turtle Creek Road.

  • FRAUD -- At 10:09 p.m., a 43-year-old female transient was arrested on suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper of $400 or less in the 2700 block of Gill Drive.

    MONDAY, MARCH 24

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested a Concord male transient, 23, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at 8:37 a.m. at Mt. Diablo and Salvio streets.

  • DRUGS -- A Concord male transient, 29, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. in the 2400 block of Olivera Road on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. And, a Concord man, 60, was arrested on suspicion of drug-related disorderly conduct at 9:48 p.m. in the 4600 block of Clayton Road.

  • THEFT -- Police cited a 30-year-old Vallejo man on suspicion of shoplifting at 1:40 p.m. in the 2000 block of Meridian Park Boulevard. And, a 24-year-old Antioch man was arrested at 5 p.m. in the 1600 block of Willow Pass Road on suspicion of stealing less than $950.

  • WEAPON -- At 5:07 p.m., police arrested an Antioch man, 29, on suspicion of manufacturing and/or selling metal knuckles near Concord Boulevard and Galindo Street.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- A Concord male transient, 49, was cited at 7:49 p.m. in the 3300 block of Port Chicago Highway on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Police arrested a Concord male transient, 50, on suspicion of burglarizing a business at 8:03 p.m. in the 1600 block of Willow Pass Road. And, a Pittsburg woman, 44, was arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a business at 10:45 p.m. in the 2400 block of Monument Boulevard.

  • TERRORIZING -- In the 1800 block of Parkside Drive at 10:55 p.m., a 24-year-old Concord man was arrested on suspicion of threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize.

    TUESDAY, MARCH 25

  • STOLEN PROPERTY -- Police arrested two people on suspicion of knowingly receiving stolen property, including an Oakley man, 34, at 1:48 a.m. at Beryl Drive and Kaski Lane; and a Concord female transient, 34, at 4:50 a.m. in the 1900 block of Diamond Boulevard.

  • THEFT -- A Concord man, 54, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. in the 1600 block of Willow Pass Road on suspicion of stealing less than $950 worth of item(s).

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested a 34-year-old Concord male transient on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at 10:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of Meadow Lane.

  • DRUGS -- Two Concord men, 28 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of drug-related disorderly conduct at 11:37 p.m. in the 1600 block of Monument Boulevard.

    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT -- Police cited a Concord male transient, 23, at 1:15 a.m. at Concord Avenue and Salvio Street on suspicion of alcohol-related disorderly conduct.

  • POSSESSION -- Two people were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, including a Martinez male transient, 26, at 1:36 a.m. in the 2600 block of Willow Pass Road; and a Concord man, 33, at 2:23 a.m. at Monument Boulevard and Monument Court.

  • DECEIT -- At 5:32 p.m., a 27-year-old Concord man was arrested on suspicion of giving a false crime report to a peace officer in the 1700 block of Willow Pass Road.
