The following calls were among those handled by the Antioch police June 25-July 1 according to information provided by the Police Department. Police did not provide the week's remaining calls-for-service in time for deadline.
June 25
Burglary: At 8:10 a.m. it was reported a refrigerator and cast iron stove were stolen from a residence on East 16th Street. Burglary: At 4:22 p.m. a resident in the 5200 block of Timer Creek Way reported someone was at a bank attempting to cash a check that had been stolen during a burglary at the residence a month prior. Assault: At 10 a.m. it was reported seven to eight individuals were involved in an assault on Wilbur Avenue.June 26
Burglary: At 12:02 a.m. a resident in the 5100 block of Pioneer Way reported when arriving home he found the front door open and lights on. Burglary: At 4:36 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 1900 block of Finger Peak Way was burglarized.June 27
Assault: At 12:14 a.m. it was reported a male assaulted a female in the 4400 block of Buckskin Drive. Robbery: At 4:05 p.m. some was robbed at gunpoint in the 1700 block of Putnam Street. Take was a bike. Assault: At 8:39 p.m. it was reported someone was shot at an apartment complex on Gentrytown Drive. June 28
Assault: At 12:43 a.m. a female attacked a male with a knife scratching him on the face in the 400 block of West 10th Street. Burglary: At 1:31 p.m. a real estate agent reported a residence in the 1300 block of Stoney George Way was burglarized resulting in the loss of appliances. Burglary: At 4:51 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 2800 block of Morro Drive was burglarized resulting in the loss of a loaded handgun and various electronics.June 29
Assault: At 4:35 a.m. a female came to the police station to report she was choked and thrown down by a boyfriend. Robbery: At 4:26 p.m. someone was robbed at gunpoint in the 2700 block of Contra Loma Boulevard. Burglary: At 9:19 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 3300 block of Fraser Lane was burglarized. Subject(s) entered through a side window.June 30
Robbery: At 12:18 a.m. someone was robbed at gunpoint on Buchanan Road by a male in a silver Chrysler 300. Take was $1,200. Burglary: At 2:57 a.m. it was reported a residence was burglarized in the 4200 block of Buckskin Drive resulting in the loss of a laptop. Burglary: At 10:14 a.m. it was reported a vacant residence in the 3500 block of DiMaggio Way was burglarized resulting in the loss of appliances. July 1
Burglary: At 2:26 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 1900 block of Tioga Pass Way was burglarized. Assault: At 5:58 p.m. someone was assaulted in the 800 block of Second Street. Burglary: At 6:37 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 1300 block of Poppy Way was burglarized. -- Nan Hargis
