The following calls were among those handled by the Oakley police Dec. 10-16, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Dec. 10

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with injuries occurred on Bolton Road and Main Street.

  • Felony assault: Someone was arrested for assaulting a police officer on East Cypress Road and Sellers Avenue.

    Dec. 11

  • Suspicious circumstances: Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 900 block of Rhine Way.

  • Burglary: It was reported a commercial building in the 1600 block of Main Street was burglarized.

    Dec. 12

  • License violation: Someone was cited for driving with a suspended license in the 5100 block of Live Oak Avenue.

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage occurred on Empire Avenue and Laurel Road.

  • Battery: Officers responded to a report of battery in the 1000 block of Neroly Road.

    Dec. 14

  • Theft: Officers responded to the report of a vehicle parts theft in the 4800 block of Frank Hengel Way.

  • Disturbance: Officers responded to the report of an uncontrollable juvenile in the 100 block of Simoni Ranch Road.

  • Burglary: It was reported a commercial building in the 1300 block of Main Street was burglarized.

    Dec. 15

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 4200 block of Salgado Avenue.

  • DUI: Someone was arrested on Hearthstone Circle and Serenity Lane when determined to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more.

  • Domestic violence: Officers responded to Almondtree and Fall lanes for a report of domestic violence resulting to injury to a spouse.

    Dec. 16

  • Warrant: Someone was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 1600 block of Ashwood Drive.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the report of misdemeanor battery in the 3200 block of Main Street.
