ANTIOCH -- A police search for burglary suspects that forced a lockdown at an elementary school Friday yielded one arrest, but two other suspects were still at large Saturday.

The burglary was reported around 10 a.m. in the 5300 block of Woodside Way, according to Antioch police Lt. Tammany Brooks. A neighbor spotted three people breaking into a home and called police, he said.

Officers arriving at the scene moments later saw the group leaving the home. They chased down and arrested one suspect, but the other two fled.

Police set up a perimeter and began searching. As a precaution, they directed officials at Carmen Dragon Elementary School, located one block north, to lock down the school. The school was locked down for about an hour, and all students were safe and accounted for, according to Principal Scott Bergerhouse.

The other two suspects were not located, Brooks said. Police arrested a 19-year-old Antioch woman, but they did not identify her Saturday, citing the ongoing investigation.

No one was injured during the incident.
