LIVERMORE -- The city of Livermore, and many of its unique features, will take center stage on the Discovery Channel show "Today in America" on July 11.

The show, hosted by NFL Hall of Fame quarterback and television commentator Terry Bradshaw, airs on cable at 7 a.m. Pacific/Eastern Time.

Filming took place in January at the Robert Livermore Community Center, the i-GATE Innovation Hub Wente Vineyards, and in downtown Livermore. Interviews were conducted with Mayor John Marchand, City Manager Marc Roberts, Wente Family Estates winegrower Christine Wente and Livermore Downtown Inc. President Rachael Snedecor.
