RICHMOND--One man was killed and another seriously injured in a shooting early Friday morning, Richmond police said.

The shooting occurred in the 2100 block of Garvin Avenue around 3:30 a.m. and may have been spurred by an argument outside a home where a small party was going on, said Lt. Andre Hill.

Following the shooting, both victims, aged 19 and 32, were airlifted to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek. The 19-year-old died as a result of his injuries and the 32-year-old remains in critical condition.

No arrests have been made in the shooting, although police are following up on leads.
