SAN RAMON -- San Ramon police arrested a third suspect Friday after a San Ramon man came home and found burglars in his backyard, police said.

The burglary occurred about 8:46 a.m. Monday on the 2600 block of Derby Drive. When the victim returned home, two suspects ran and escaped in a white Nissan Rogue. Two other suspects, 19-year-old Marquis Parker of San Francisco and a 16-year-old Bay Point boy, hopped fences through the neighborhood. Police arrested them at a nearby home.

The investigation led police to search suspect Tylek Farley's Bay Point residence on Delta View Drive on Wednesday. A SWAT team assisted.

Police found weapons, a large amount of stolen property and evidence linking the suspect to burglaries in San Ramon, Pittsburg and Danville.

On Friday, prosecutors charged Farley with burglary and receiving stolen property; Parker was charged with burglary. Parker was being held on $20,000 bail at County Jail in Martinez. Jail records did not show Farley as being in custody.
