CONCORD -- Calling all Concord rockers -- free tickets to the Wednesday KISS/Def Leppard show at the Concord Pavilion will be available Tuesday.

Live Nation, which manages the amphitheater, is giving away 250 tickets to Concord residents from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Pavilion box office, 2000 Kirker Pass Road. To claim up to two tickets, residents must present a government-issued photo ID and a utility bill with matching addresses. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

As part of its 10-year management contract with the city, Live Nation agreed to provide 1,000 free tickets per year to Concord residents, who also may purchase concert tickets at the box office the day before they go on sale to the public. For information about pre-sale dates, call the resident hotline at 925-363-5701.
