Sunday, July 27

  • ASSAULT -- At 12:32 a.m. a caller on the 2500 block of Yorkshire Drive said his girlfriend was beating him up and tried to pull a knife on him.

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 600 block of Burwood Way was reported burglarized at 4:07 p.m.

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 4800 block of Knollcrest Drive was reported burglarized at 9:45 p.m. The point of entry was the bathroom window.

    Monday, July 28

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 2300 block of Field Street was reported burglarized by a neighbor at 10:19 a.m.

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 2400 block of Kendree Street was reported burglarized at 4:06 p.m. Electronics were taken.

  • bURGLARY -- A residence in the 4600 block of Goldcrest Way was reported burglarized at 6:03 p.m. The point of entry was an open back window.

    Tuesday, July 29

  • ROBBERY -- Police responded to the 4300 block of Hillcrest Avenue at 12:24 a.m., where a car was found with a flat tire.

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 2300 block of Grassland Way was reported burglarized at 8:56 a.m.

  • ROBBERY -- Police responded to the 2700 block of Hillcrest Avenue at 6:59 p.m. to reports that a man with a handgun stole money and cigarettes from a convenience store.

  • ROBBERY -- Police responded to the corner of D Street and Tregallas Road at 7:14 p.m. to reports that a woman was bitten during a theft.

  • ASSAULT -- At 9:55 p.m., police were called to the 5400 block of San Martin Way as a woman said her boyfriend hit her in the face while driving.

    Wednesday, July 30

  • ROBBERY -- Police responded to the 4500 block of Buckeye Court at 2:28 p.m. to reports of a woman fighting in front of a home.

  • ROBBERY -- Police responded to the 2300 block of Sycamore Drive at 2:28 p.m. to reports from a woman that her purse had been stolen an hour earlier while she was walking and her vehicle was later found missing.

  • bURGLARY -- A residence in the 1400 block of Daisy Way was reported burglarized at 8:56 p.m. Entry was made through a slider door to the master bedroom.

  • ASSAULT -- At 10:01 p.m., police were called to the intersection of Belle Drive and Delta Fair Boulevard as a witness reported seeing a man running down the street from a car in which the occupants were shooting at him.

    Thursday, July 31

  • ASSAULT -- At 4:01 a.m., police were called to the 1100 block of West Fifth Street to a report of six shots fired.

  • ASSAULT -- At 2:13 p.m., police were called to the 1600 block of Sycamore Drive to a report that a woman was shot in the leg.

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 3000 block of Beechnut Court was reported burglarized at 6:05 p.m. Entry was made through some windows.

  • burglary -- A residence in the 4200 block of Rocky Point Drive was reported burglarized at 7:37 p.m. Entry was made through the side door.

    Friday, AUGUST 1

    n ROBBERY -- Police responded to the 1400 block of West Sixth Street at 10:32 a.m. as a man said he was robbed of $600, adding that he knew one of those who did it had a pistol.

  • burglary -- A residence in the 2900 block of Honeysuckle Court was reported burglarized at 4:39 p.m.

    Saturday, July 26

  • BURGLARY -- A residence in the 4800 block of Knollcrest Drive was reported burglarized at 11:31 p.m.
