MARTINEZ -- The Contra Costa County Superior Court on Monday closed a customer service window that offered court forms at the Spinetta Family Law Building because of a budget-driven staffing shortage, court officials said.
The forms now will be exclusively available at the law library inside the A.F. Bray courthouse at 1020 Ward St.
Forms for fee waivers and restraining orders still will be available at the ex parte/domestic violence window at the family law building.
Forms can be found online at www.cc-courts.org/forms.
