BRENTWOOD — An armed man ordered two employees at a dry-cleaning business to the floor and emptied their pockets before escaping with their wallets and other belongings Friday evening.

The robbery took place at 8 p.m. at Custom Cleaners, in the 2400 block of Sand Creek Road, Brentwood police Sgt. Tony Oerlemans said.

The robber, a description of whom was not available, walked in through the front of the business carrying a handgun and walked directly to the back of the business, where the two employees were working.

He did not attempt to take money from the cash registers, Oerlemans said. After he took the employees' property, he ran out the front door and was not seen again.
