Sierra LaMar suspect to face murder charge in first court appearance Thursday

The Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office announced today it will file a criminal charge against Antolin Garcia-Torres for the murder of missing 15-year-old Sierra LaMar.

Garcia-Torres will make his first court appearance Thursday afternoon at the Hall of Justice in San Jose, where he will be formally arraigned.

Garcia-Torres was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and murder Monday night by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
