DUBLIN -- A public workshop on the city's bicycle and pedestrian master plan will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Dublin public library, 200 Civic Plaza.

Dublin is updating its 2007 master plan, which describes priorities for city investment in trails, bicycle lanes, and other transportation improvements for people traveling by foot or by bike.
