March 23
Public intoxication: At 1:12 a.m. a male contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. Threats/drugs: At 3:25 p.m. someone was arrested for threatening to burn down a residence on Lawrence Lane. Subject was also found in possession of suspected concentrated cannabis. Malicious vandalism: At 3:25 p.m. officers responded to the report of someone shooting and breaking the window of a residence on Kayla Place with a BB gun. March 24
License violation: At 12:50 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Sand Creek Road was arrested when found to be driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI conviction. Missing adult: At 11:44 a.m. a intoxicated adult was located behind a business on Oak Street. Subject had been reported as missing and was taken to a hospital for evaluation and treatment. Shoplifting: At 1:21 p.m. someone was arrested at a business on Lone Tree Way for shoplifting. March 25
DUI: At 12:27 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Lone Tree Way was arrested when determined to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. Accident: At 8:52 a.m. a noninjury accident occurred when a vehicle struck a fire hydrant on Lone Tree Way. Theft: At 12:18 p.m. a resident on Richardson Drive reported a set of golf clubs were taken from the front of the residence. March 26
Drugs: At 10:05 a.m. someone was arrested on Orchard Drive when found to be in possession of a suspected controlled substance. Theft: At 10:21 a.m. a resident on Country Glen Lane reported someone entered the back yard and stole a plastic wading pool. Malicious vandalism: At 10:53 a.m. a resident on Blumen Avenue reported the front driver-side window had been broken on a vehicle. Damage was estimated at $200. March 27
Drugs: at 8:57 a.m. someone was arrested at a school on Minnesota Avenue for suspected marijuana possession for sales. Warrant: At 10:31 a.m. someone contacted on Diablo Way was arrested when found to have an out-of-state arrest warrant. Theft: At 5:43 p.m. it was reported someone smashed the window of a vehicle parked on Lakeview Drive resulting in the theft of a purse. -- Nan Hargis
