The following calls were among those handled by the Antioch police March 31-April 7, according to information provided by the Police Department.

March 31

  • Burglary: At 2:22 p.m. a residence in the 5000 block of Vista Grande Drive was reported burglarized.

  • Assault: At 10:30 p.m. officers responded to the 5000 block of Morgan Way for a report of someone being shot.

    April 1

  • Attempted robbery: At 3:58 a.m. a male wearing a masked and armed with a crow bar, attempted to rob a male in the 3500 block of Longview Road.

  • Burglary: At 3:27 p.m. a residence in the 1700 block of Springwood Way was reported burglarized. Entry was made through a window.

  • Fraud: At 7:43 p.m. a male approximately 50 years old attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 bill at Cost Plus.

    April 2

  • Vehicle theft: At 12:10 a.m. a vehicle was reported stolen from the 2300 block of Yorkshire Drive.

    April 3

  • Burglary: At 2:32 p.m. a female at a residence in the 4700 block of Vista Grande Drive reported she caught two juveniles breaking into the residence.

  • Burglary: At 4:11 p.m. a residence in the 1300 block of Mira Vista Court was reported burglarized.

  • Burglary: At 11:39 p.m. a residence in the 1500 block of West 10th Street was reported burglarized.

    April 4

  • Robbery: At 11:11 a.m. a female in the 600 block of East 18th Street reported she was approached by a male with a gun demanding all her money. Subject was last seen heading toward Hillcrest Avenue.

  • Assault: At 2:12 p.m. a female in the 1900 block of Cavallo Road reported the husband hit and pulled her out of a vehicle. Victim required medical treatment for a hand injury.

  • Burglary: At 11:16 p.m. a residence in the 2900 block of El Monte Way was reported burglarized resulting in the theft of jewelry and purses.

    April 6

  • Robbery: At 12:56 a.m. a male walking on Banyan Way and Sycamore Drive was robbed by a male claiming he was armed with a gun. Take was a phone charger and a wristband. No weapons were seen.

  • Burglary: At 2:51 p.m. a residence in the 4500 block of Roebuck Way was reported burglarized. Entry was made through the front door.

  • Burglary: At 10:45 p.m. a residence in the 2300 block of Ashford Court was reported burglarized resulting in the theft of a computer and a TV.

  • Assault: At 1:20 p.m. officers responded to the 1700 block of Amber Drive for the report of two females in a physical fight.

  • Assault: At 2:20 p.m. officers responded to the 2000 block of Buchanan Road for a report of a male and female in a physical fight. Male was seen with a gun.

  • Burglary: At 10:17 p.m. a residence in the 4500 block of Big Horn Court was reported burglarized. Take was jewelry.
