The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police March 6-10, according to information provided by the Police Department.

March 6

  • Malicious vandalism: At 2:01 a.m. officers responded to report of broken windows and headlights on three vehicles parked at a residence on Primrose Court.

  • Vehicle theft: At 5:11 a.m. a vehicle was reported stolen sometime during the night from Taylor Drive.

  • Weapons violations: At 9:43 a.m. two juveniles were found in possession of knives while on the campus of Liberty High School.

    March 7

  • Grand theft: At 4:27 p.m. the property manager of a location on La Fonte Drive reported the pool pump, filter and sweeper were stolen from the pool of a vacant residence.

  • Accident: At 7:59 p.m. someone ran a red light on Lone Tree Way broad siding another vehicle. Minor injuries were reported.

  • DUI: At 11:31 p.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Beachwood Common was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

    March 8

  • Burglary: At 6:55 a.m. a business owner reported the front door of the business had been smashed and a cash box containing $250 was missing.

  • Theft: At 10:15 a.m. a business on Lone Tree Way reported an iPhone was stolen.

  • Public intoxication: At 11:47 p.m. a male juvenile contacted during a fight on Nunn Street was arrested for suspicion of being intoxicated.

    March 9

  • Accident: At 1:59 p.m. a vehicle on Sand Creek Road rear-ended another vehicle causing that vehicle to rear end a vehicle. One passenger was taken to a hospital for complaint of neck pain.

  • Domestic disturbance: At 8:04 p.m. officers responded to Central Boulevard for the report of a domestic dispute.

  • Assault: At 10:40 p.m. officers responded to Indiana Avenue for the report of a stabbing that occurred during an argument. Victim was transported to Sutter Delta Medical Center for treatment of a minor hand wound.

    March 10

  • Theft: At 7:47 a.m. someone was arrested for suspicion of stealing merchandise from the Safeway on Balfour Road. Subject also had two outstanding warrants.

  • Disturbance: At 12:09 p.m. officers responded to Balfour Road for the report of a domestic disturbance.

  • Prowler: At 10:09 p.m. a resident on Armstrong Road reported seeing someone in the backyard after hearing noises. Subject was later found in another backyard and arrested for suspicion of trespassing.
