PITTSBURG -- Police and fire crews responded to Black Diamond Regional Preserve after a car plummeted into a ravine off the main entrance road, authorities said.

East Bay Regional Parks Police and Contra Costa firefighters arrived at the scene on Somersville Road about 4:30 p.m. and found three people inside of the car that had veered off the road, East Bay Regional Parks Police Lt. John King said.

None of the people appeared to be injured.

Crews are on scene and the crash is under investigation.
