Drivers accustomed to using Highway 4 to get from Pittsburg to Antioch will have to find another route a couple nights this week.
All eastbound Highway 4 lanes will be closed at Pittsburg's Loveridge Road from 12:30 to 5:30 a.m. tonight and 1:30 to 7 a.m. overnight Friday, according to a Caltrans news release.
Westbound lanes in the opposite direction from the Somersville Road/Auto Center Drive exit in Antioch to Loveridge will be closed tonight from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
A single eastbound lane between Railroad Avenue and Somersville/Auto Center will be closed midnight to 6 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 1 to 7 a.m. overnight Friday.
One eastbound lane will be closed between Contra Loma Boulevard/L Street and Lone Tree Way/A Street 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and midnight to 6 a.m. overnight Friday.
A westbound lane will be closed between Hillcrest Avenue and Lone Tree Way/A from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and up to Contra Loma/L from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. overnight Friday.
The eastbound Loveridge off-ramp will be closed 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday through Friday.
The eastbound Somersville/Auto Center on-ramp will be closed 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday, and westbound from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. tonight.
Contra Loma/L's eastbound off-ramp will be closed 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday through Friday, while the westbound on-ramp will be closed those nights from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
