Kyle Wilson, Dan Smith and David Teves all came from at or near the back of the pack to win their respective main events in Antioch Speedway racing June 8 at the Contra Costa County Fairgrounds.

Wilson started eighth at the Sport Mods main event but took first in the eight-car race.

In Hobby Stocks, Smith was fourth in his heat race and started the main event in 10th, but rallied to take the checked flag in the 14-car field and is now in second place in the point standings, eight points back of Nick Viscusi III.

Teves also had to start 10th in the 14-car Dwarf Cars main event, but he came back to win and grow his lead in the overall standings. Teves now leads the Dwarf Cars season standings with 258 points, 22 more than Danny Wagner.

Other winners last week included Scott Hall in Wingless Sprints and Troy Foulger in Dirt Modifieds. Foulger leads the Dirt Modifieds season standings with 198 points, ahead of second place Anthony Slaney (169 points) and third place Scott Busby (148).

Racing continues June 15 at Antioch Speedway with IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sportmods, Late Models, Hobby Stocks, Four Bangers and Mini-Trux.
