The following calls were among those handled by the Antioch police June 17-23, according to information provided by the Police Department.

June 17

  • Robbery: Officers responded to the 2200 block of Sycamore Drive, where a victim said she was robbed of her money, jewelry and purse after she was hit over the head with an unknown object.

  • Burglary: A house had a door kicked in on the 4600 block of Goldcrest Way.

  • Robbery: Officers responded to the 2300 block of Weston Court after a victim said they had been robbed at gunpoint of recently purchased prescription drugs.

  • Shots fired: Officers responded to the 10 block of Avila Place where a man was hit by a gunshot in his head.

    June 18

  • Burglary: Officers responded to the 2900 block of Rio Grande Drive after a call of something trying to break in through a window.

  • Burglary: Officers responded to the 700 block of O Street.

    June 19

  • Burglary: Officers responded to a call on the 120 block of East Lake Drive where someone broke into a vacant home and took the dishwasher, stove and microwave.

  • Burglary: Officers responded to a call saying someone broke into a residence through the front door or window on the 2600 block of Cooper Court.

  • Burglary: Officers checked the interior on the 610 block of West 15th Street after someone possibly entered the home through a garage rear window.

    June 20

  • Burglary: Officers responded to the 2200 block of Manzanita Way to a call from earlier in the week where the victim realized a computer screen, DVDs and personal medications had been taken.

  • Burglary: Officers responded to the 4700 block of Woodbridge Way where entry had been back through a back window while the occupants where at work.

  • Robbery: Officers responded to the 1100 block of Prewett Ranch Drive where a female victim had been pistol-whipped in her head 10 minutes earlier at Prewett Community Park.

  • Robbery: Officers responded to the 1100 block of Sycamore Drive where a female victim had her purse stolen at a bus stop.

    June 21

  • Assault: Officers responded to Sutter Delta Medical Center where a man in the emergency room had a stab wound stemming from an incident an hour ago on Gentrytown Drive.

  • Burglary: Officers responded to a burglary call on the 2400 block of Stella Court.

    June 22

  • Burglary: Officers responded to a 5060 block of Crest Park Circle where a front door was kicked down while the home occupants were asleep.

    June 23

  • Burglary: Officers responded to a call on the 2400 block of Whitetail Drive where a rear slider door had been pried open.

  • Robbery: Officers responded to a call on the 2500 block of Somersville Road that a female victim was robbed at an ATM when someone pointed an unknown object at her back and demanded money.

  • Burglary: Officers responded to a call on the 100 block of Paulette Way where the victims realized items had been missing over the past few weeks because of a broken door lock.
