The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police June 29-30, according to information provided by the Police Department.

JULY 29

  • DUI: At 2:18 a.m. someone was arrested on Jeffery Way on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Fraud: At 12 p.m. a resident on Sherwood Drive reported that someone stole checking account information, using it to make purchases in New York.

  • Accident: At 4:08 p.m. officers responded to a minor injury accident on Minnesota Avenue.

    July 30

  • Warrant: At 12:48 a.m. someone was arrested on Brentwood Boulevard for an outstanding warrant.

  • Accident: At 4:19 p.m. someone was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after colliding with a building on Balfour Road. The suspect was taken to the hospital for injuries.

  • Assault: At 7:01 p.m. a male in a rage at his residence on Bauer Road climbed on the roof when officers arrived and began to throw various objects at them.
