The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Aug. 18-22, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Aug. 18

  • DUI: At 1:28 p.m. someone stopped for traveling in the wrong direction on Walnut Boulevard for arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Burglary: At 11:47 a.m. someone stole two boxes of clothing from a garage that had been left open. Loss estimated at $200.

  • Drugs: At 7:10 p.m. someone contacted at a location on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested for suspected methamphetamine possession.

  • Robbery: At 6:48 p.m. someone was robbed by an individual armed with an ice pick on Brentwood Boulevard. Take was a cell phone.

    Aug. 19

  • Theft: At 11:23 a.m. a resident on Sand Creek Road reported someone siphoned gas out of two vehicles at the residence. Loss estimated at $250.

  • Theft: At 1:57 p.m. two individuals stole multiple items of clothing from a business on Sand Creek Road and fled in a vehicle.

  • Warrant: At 2:14 p.m. someone suspected of shoplifting at a business on Lone Tree Way was arrested when determined to have an outstanding warrant.

    Aug. 20

  • Burglary: At 10:32 a.m. a residence was reported burglarized on Sesame Court resulting in the loss of a wood desk. Entry was made through a garage door.

  • Grand theft: At 10:33 a.m. it was reported someone stole solar panels from the roof of a home under construction on Poppy Drive.

  • Assault: 2:31 p.m. someone determined to be intoxicated on Walnut Boulevard was taken to a hospital for a minor injury suffered during a physical altercation

    Aug. 21

  • Warrant: At 12:18 a.m. someone contacted during a disturbance on Craig Street was arrested when determined to have two outstanding warrants.

  • Accident: At 7:46 a.m. someone fell asleep while driving on Central Boulevard striking the rear of another vehicle causing injury to a passenger. The subject was cited for driving with a suspended license.

  • Fraud: At 11:31 a.m. a resident on Balfour Road reported someone used personal information to open a line credit. A ring was purchased and shipped to an address in Oakley.

    Aug. 22

  • Public intoxication: A male contacted on Central Boulevard was arrested when determined to be heavily intoxicated and unable to care for himself.

  • Domestic disturbance: At 7:16 a.m. officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance on Sunrise Drive.

  • Drugs: At 10:54 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Lone Tree Way was arrested for suspected marijuana possession without a prescription and driving without a driver's license. A passenger was also arrested for suspected marijuana possession with out a prescription.
