The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Nov. 21-24 according to information provided by the Police Department.
Nov. 20 Drugs: At 12:27 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Lone Tree Way was arrested when found to be driving with a suspended license and suspected marijuana possession. Burglary: At 2:27 a.m. it was reported a vehicle at a residence on Manzanillo Way was burglarized. Malicious vandalism: At 10:52 a.m. it was reported a fire extinguisher was discharged in the lower level of the city parking structure.
Nov. 21 Stolen vehicle: At 12:58 a.m. a vehicle was reported stolen from a residence on Simba Place. Theft: At 12:27 p.m. two chairs were stolen from a business on Sand Creek Road. Estimated loss $300. Malicious vandalism: At 3:54 p.m. it was reported a water tower on Walnut Boulevard was defaced with spray paint.
Nov. 22 DUI: At 1:13 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. Theft: At 2:51 p.m. someone was arrested stealing merchandise by loss prevention employees at a business on Lone Tree Way. Subject had three prior convictions for theft- related charges as well as an outstanding warrant. Fraud: At 1:50 p.m. a resident on Trailside Drive reported a credit cart was used to make online purchases that were shipped to Wisconsin.
Nov. 23 DUI: At 12:54 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle violation on Applewood Commons was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and an outstanding warrant. Assault: At 10:23 a.m. officers responded to two individuals in a fist fight on Stanwick Street. One subject suffered a skull fracture. No prosecution was desired by either party. Burglary/accident: At 5:09 p.m. someone burglarized a vehicle on Lone Tree Way and was involved in a noninjury accident when fleeing the scene. Subject was later found and arrested.
Nov. 24 Disturbance: At 9:42 a.m. someone contacted during disturbance call on Shawne Way was arrested when determined to have an outstanding warrant out of Pleasanton. Fraud: At 10:38 a.m. a resident at a location on Brentwood Boulevard reported someone used information from a driver's license to withdraw funds from an account. Drugs: At 4:49 p.m. someone contacted on Bonnie Lane was arrested for suspected drug possession and drug paraphernalia.
