The following calls were among those handled by the Antioch police, Dec. 23-29, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Dec. 23

  • Burglary: At 9:36 a.m. a residence in the 800 block of Bluerock Drive was reported burglarized. Entry was made through a rear window.

    Dec. 24

  • Burglary: At 1:21 p.m. a garage door opener was stolen from a vehicle at a location in Pittsburg. Owner arrived home in Antioch to find his house has been burglarized.

  • Assault: At 10:58 p.m. a female was stabbed in the stomach during a verbal dispute with a male subject in the 4600 block of Menona Court.

    Dec. 25

  • Burglary: At 8:01 a.m. a residence in 500 block of West 13 Street was reported burglarized. Point of entry was a garage door.

    Dec. 26

  • Burglary: At 5:01 p.m. a residence in the 1000 block of G Street was reported burglarized. Entry was made through a garage door.

  • Burglary: At 5:03 p.m. a residence in the 2100 block of Lemontree Way was burglarized. Entry was made through a patio window.

    Dec. 27

  • Burglary: 5 p.m. a resident returning home from vacation discovered his home in the 600 block of Wilbur Avenue had been burglarized. Take was cash.

    Dec. 28

  • Robbery: At 3:59 a.m. a female was robbed of her purse by a male armed with a shotgun or rifle on L Street and Sycamore Drive. Victim was not injured.

  • Burglary: At 5:17 p.m. a residence in the 1500 block of C Street was reported burglarized. Computers were taken.

  • Assault: At 8:28 p.m. a male reported his girlfriend had been shot in the chest by an unknown subject in the 3700 block of Clayburn Road.

    Dec. 29

  • Assault: At 10:45 a.m. officers responded to a physical fight between a male and female in the 2300 block of Sycamore Drive.

  • Burglary: 5:49 p.m. a residence in the 800 block of West 11th Street was reported burglarized. Point of entry was a window.
