The following calls were among those handled by the Pittsburg police Feb. 2-8, according to information provided by the Police Department.
Feb. 2 Reckless driving: At 12:11 a.m. someone was arrested for reckless driving on Central and Railroad avenues. Burglary: At 11:47 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 2200 block of Willow Avenue was burglarized. Vehicle theft: At 11:47 a.m. it was reported a vehicle in the 200 block of Benjamin Avenue was burglarized.
Feb. 3 Drugs: At 6:14 p.m. someone was arrested at McDonald's for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Runaway: At 6:49 p.m. officers responded to a location in the 700 block of North Park Boulevard for the report of a runaway juvenile. Warrant: At 9:14 p.m. someone was arrested at Rice Wine Liquors for an outstanding warrant.
Feb. 4 Burglary: At 11:39 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 2200 block of Serrano Way was burglarized. Drugs: At 6:04 p.m. someone was arrested in Ambrose Park for suspected possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. Vehicle theft: At 4:27 p.m. it was reported a vehicle in the Dollar Tree parking lot was stolen.
Feb. 5 Petty theft: At 8:16 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for a report of a petty theft. Accident: At 1:09 p.m. officers responded to a misdemeanor hit-and-run accident in the 3700 block of Railroad Avenue. Robbery: At 6:04 p.m. officers responded to the 200 block of Mariposa Drive for the report of a robbery.
Feb. 6 Accident: At 8:30 a.m. officers responded to Loveridge Road for the report of an injury accident. Drugs: At 1:38 p.m. someone was arrested for suspected drug possession for sales. Threats: At 2:11 p.m. someone was arrested for making terrorist threats at a location in the 400 block of East Eighth Street.
Feb. 7 Recovery: At 7:10 a.m. officers recovered a stolen vehicle for the 200 block of South Catamaran Circle. Runaway: At 3:10 p.m. officers responded to the 2100 block of Sugartree Drive for the report of a runaway juvenile. Prostitution: At 8:58 p.m. someone was arrested for suspected prostitution at the Jack in the Box on California Avenue.
Feb. 8 Accident: At 4:67 p.m. officers responded to a misdemeanor hit-and-run accident in the 1200 block of Jensen Drive. Burglary: At 5:39 p.m. it was reported a residence in the 20 block of Coos Bay Court was burglarized. Battery: At 7:02 p.m. officers responded to the 400 block of West 12th Street for a report of battery.
