The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Feb. 3-7 information provided by the Police Department.

Feb. 3

  • Warrant: At 5:14 a.m. someone contacted at a location on Elm Street was arrested when found to have an outstanding warrant.

  • Assault: At 1:29 p.m. two individuals involved in mutual combat on Brentwood Boulevard were arrested. One subject stabbed the other in the neck resulting in minor injuries.

  • Recovery: At 9:36 p.m. officers recovered a vehicle stolen out of Concord on Pinegrove Way.

    Feb. 4

  • Drugs: At 12:20 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Brooks Street was arrested for suspected possession of a controlled substance.

  • Drugs: At 12:46 a.m. someone contacted at a location on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested for suspicion of being under control of a central nervous system stimulant.

  • Burglary: At 6:21 p.m. it was reported a vehicle on Spanish Trail Court was broken into and several items were stolen.

    Feb. 5

  • Theft: At 3:23 p.m. a juvenile was arrested at the Safeway on Balfour Road for suspicion of stealing merchandise. Subject was released on a juvenile affidavit.

  • Probation violation: At 9:45 p.m. someone contacted on Second Street was arrested when found to have consumed alcohol therefore violating probation.

  • DUI: At 11:57 p.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when found to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more

    Feb. 6

  • Burglary: At 12:57 p.m. it was reported someone shattered the front passenger window of a vehicle on Balfour Road and stole a backpack.

  • Warrants: At 8:32 p.m. someone contacted on Lone Tree Way was arrested when found to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

  • Drugs: At 10:48 p.m. someone contacted at a location on Oak Street was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of methamphetamine and a central nervous system stimulant.

    Feb. 7

  • Accident: At 7:04 a.m. someone involved in a vehicle accident on Brentwood Boulevard for arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • License violation: At 10:31 p.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested for driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI conviction.

  • Theft: At 12:34 a.m. someone stole an unknown amount of beer from a business on Lone Tree Way. Subjects fled the scene before police arrived.
