The following calls were among those handled by the Oakley police April1-6, according to information provided by the Police Department.
April 1 Accident: At 1:39 p.m. officers responded to an injury accident on Laurel and Brown roads. Disturbance: At 7:55 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance on Big Break Road and Main Street. n Suspicious circumstances: At 9:51 p.m. officers responded to the 4100 block of Richard Way for a report of suspicious circumstances.
April 2 Petty theft: At 9:43 a.m. officers responded to Freedom High School for the report petty theft. Reckless driving: At 9:56 p.m. officers responded to Freedom High School for the report of reckless driving. Battery: At 10:58 p.m. someone was arrested in the 2700 block of Placer Drive for battery.
April 3 Runaway: At 11:49 a.m. officers responded to Crockett Park for the report of a runaway juvenile. Disturbance: At 9:19 p.m. officers responded to Lavender Way and Vinca Court for the report of juvenile disturbance. Prowler: At 11:16 p.m. officers responded to the report of a prowler at a residence in the 3800 block of Marsh Way.
April 4 Burglary: At 4:11 a.m. it was reported a residence in the 1000 block of Woodglen was burglarized. Restraining order: At 4:10 p.m. someone was arrested in the 1700 block of Hemlock Court for violation of a restraining order. Petty theft: At 6:24 p.m. someone was arrested for petty theft at Lucky's grocery store.
April 5 DUI: At 12:42 a.m. someone was arrested on Cypress Road and Main Street for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Vehicle theft: At 6:07 a.m. it was reported a vehicle was stolen from the 4000 block of Mellowwod Drive. DUI: At 7:10 p.m. someone was arrested on Main Street and Vintage Parkway for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
April 6 Battery: At 12:15 a.m. someone was arrested for domestic battery in the 400 block of Star Street. Warrant: At 2:54 p.m. someone was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Francisco Villa Drive. Public intoxication: At 7:26 p.m. someone was arrested on Vintage Park Way and Meadows Drive for suspicion of pubic intoxication.
