The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police April 21-25, according to information provided by the Police Department.

April 21

  • Burglary: At 12:05 a.m., it was reported that a school on Second Street was burglarized, resulting in the loss of a television and coffee maker. Entry was made through an unsecured window.

  • Warrant: At 7:22 a.m., someone was arrested on Dainty Avenue for an outstanding warrant related to drug charges.

  • Robbery: At 11:15 p.m., a pizza delivery person was robbed of cash and pizzas at a location on Brentwood Boulevard.

    April 22

  • Drugs: At 10:23 a.m., someone was arrested at a school on Ghiggeri Drive for suspected marijuana possession for sales and possession of a knife.

  • Burglary: At 10:38 a.m., it was reported that someone burglarized a business on Lone Tree Way. Taken was tools and equipment worth $2,500.

  • Explosive device: At 4:46 p.m., a male at a residence on Whisper Creek Road made an explosive device using an aerosol can. The suspect ignited it in his side yard. No injuries or damage were reported.

    April 23

  • Public intoxication: At 11:03 a.m., a male soliciting on Jeffery Way was arrested when determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

  • Assault: At 12:36 p.m., officers responded to the report of an assault on American Avenue. The victim was kicked in the groin.

  • Burglary: At 3:37 p.m., it was reported that a residence on Corte Vista Street was burglarized, resulting in the loss of two riles, a shotgun, jewelry and electronics. Entry was made through an unlocked front door.

    April 24

  • Accident: At 2:16 p.m., someone fell off a bike on Balford Road, suffering damage to the mouth and teeth. The victim was taken to a hospital.

  • Warrant: At 4:58 p.m., someone contacted on Peachwillow Drive during an unwanted guest complaint was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

  • License violation: At 10:53 p.m., someone stopped for a vehicle code violation was cited when found to be driving with a suspended license.

    April 25

  • Drugs: At 3:40 p.m., someone contacted on Lone Tree Way was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of methamphetamine.

  • Burglary: At 6:21 a.m., it was reported that a vehicle on Spruce Street was burglarized, resulting in the loss of drills and other tools worth approximately $1,900. Entry was made by smashing a window.

  • Theft: At 8:59 a.m., a golf cart was stolen from the driveway of a residence on Woodsong Lane. The loss was estimated at $6,000.
