MONDAY, Sept. 10
DUI -- At 2 a.m. officers arrested a Berkeley man near Solano Avenue and Polk Street for suspicion of two counts of DUI. HOME BREAK-IN -- A resident in the 700 block of Madison Street reported tools stolen from his home. AUTO BREAK-IN -- Property was stolen overnight from a car in the driveway of a residence on San Carlos Street. CAR THEFT -- A car was stolen on Dartmouth Street. THEFT -- An Oakland woman was arrested for suspicion of petty theft after she was detained by security at the Target Store.TUESDAY, Sept. 11
VANDALISM -- A window was broken overnight at Jay Vee Liquors on San Pablo Avenue. ATTEMPTED THEFT -- At noon a caller reported that a woman had just tried to remove a screen off her home on Solano Avenue. She was last seen walking near San Pablo and Washington avenues.WEDNESDAY, Sept. 12
THEFT -- An 18-speed Specialized bicycle was stolen overnight from the back yard of a home on Carmel Avenue.THURSDAY, Sept. 13
ATTEMPTED THEFT -- Officers responding after security detained someone at 2 p.m. at the Target Store arrested a San Francisco woman for suspicion of intent to commit burglary.

ATTEMPTED THEFT -- At 7 p.m. a person in the 1300 block of Portland Avenue reported he had interrupted a woman possibly in the process of a robbery. He fought with the woman and then ran after her onto Ramona Avenue. She was last seen going south on Pomona Avenue. Officers located and arrested the Alameda woman for petty theft and trespassing.SATURDAY, Sept. 15
ARMED ROBBERY -- A person reported being robbed at gunpoint by a white male adult, weighing about 200 pounds with long dirty blond hair, wearing camouflage clothing and riding a bike. The weapon was described as a black Glock. THEFT -- A catalytic converter was stolen from a car on Pomona Avenue between Sept. 13 and 15. THEFT -- A catalytic converter was taken off a car near Stannage and Washington avenues between Sept. 12 and 13. -- Kristina Osborn
