FRIDAY, NOV. 1

  • POSSESSION -- At 3:44 a.m., police arrested a Hayward man, 35, for possession of methamphetamine following traffic enforcement stop at Cutting Boulevard and San Pablo Avenue. A female pedestrian, 39, from San Pablo was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at 4:46 a.m. at San Pablo and Wall avenues.

  • WEAPON -- Police arrested a Richmond man, 50, for an outstanding warrant and being a felon in illegal possession of a firearm at 4:34 p.m. in the 10600 block of San Pablo Avenue.

    SATURDAY, NOV. 2

  • DUI -- At 1:19 a.m., police arrested a San Pablo man, 23, at Interstate 80 and Cleveland Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, after seeing him driving at a high rate of speed along Eastshore Boulevard and running a red light.

  • POSSESSION -- At 9:50 a.m., police arrested a San Pablo man, 26, for possession of cocaine and driving with a suspended license at Cutting Boulevard and San Pablo Avenue. Police arrested a woman, 30, and a man, 39, both from Richmond, in a parking lot in the 10600 block of San Pablo Avenue. The male suspect was in possession of pepper spray, a digital scale, suspected packaging for drugs and three grams of methamphetamine. Both suspects also were in possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

  • RECOVERED AUTO -- In the 11500 block of San Pablo Avenue, police recovered a Chrysler vehicle that had been rented a month prior with a stolen credit card

  • THEFT -- At 7:17 p.m., a Richmond man, 65, with prior convictions, was arrested for theft at Marshall's in the 10800 block of San Pablo Avenue.

    SUNDAY, NOV. 3

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested two motorists for suspected possession of methamphetamine and glass smoking pipes, including a Richmond woman, 32, at 7:32 p.m. at Carlson Boulevard and Santa Cruz Avenue and a Berkeley man, 37, at 9:34 p.m. at Butte Street and Carlson Boulevard.

  • ROBBERY -- At 9:58 p.m., a man ran up to someone at an ATM at 280 El Cerrito Plaza and demanded money. The victim ran, but tripped and fell. The suspect towered over the victim and repeated his demand. The victim complied.
