HERCULES — Author and television cooking show personality Martin Yan will give a free talk and cooking demonstration at 7 p.m. Monday at the Hercules Library, 109 Civic Drive.

Yan, a certified Master Chef and longtime host of the "Yan Can Cook" show, has written numerous books and earned a number of awards in his career and is known for his wit and entertaining presentations.
