The McClymonds High football team scored eight touchdowns, including five in the first half, in a 53-0 nonleague victory over Kennedy-Richmond on Friday night.

Running back Kenyatta Jackson rushed for 148 yards and scored three times, and quarterback Keith Williams (224 yards) passed for three scores and ran for another to lead the McClymonds offense.

The Warriors (2-3) jumped out to a 7-0 after Jermaine McCann recovered an Eagles fumble on the opening play to set up Williams first score four plays later.

The Warriors defense provided the offense with a short field to work from as they hounded the Eagles (0-5), recording 10 sacks, four forced fumbles, and holding the Kennedy to 93 yards total offense.

With a 21-0 lead to open the second quarter, the Warriors opened up their passing game, and Williams would find four receivers -- Jalen Thompson, Emil Hope, McCann and Lavon Washington -- for passing scores.
