Kyle Kearns completed 13 of 25 passes for 210 yards and three touchowns -- all to Ray Hudson -- to lead the Falcons (5-4, 3-2 EBAL) to a victory.
After spotting the Cowboys (2-7, 0-5) a late 14-7 lead late in the first quarter, Foothill scored the next 41 points.
Foothill took control with three touchdowns in the second quarter, wiping out that Livermore lead.
The Falcons recovered a fumble on the Cowboys' 49 on the first play of the period and one play later quarterback Kearns threw a 19-yard scoring pass to Hudson with 11:26 left. Nico Quero's PAT tied the game at 14-14.
The Falcons drove 71 yards in seven plays with Griffith Gates scoring on a 1-yard run with 3:50 left. Kearns completed passes of 16 and 17 yards to Hudson during the drive.
A short Livermore punt gave Fooothill another chance late in the second quarter and Falcons converted again, this time Kearns threw an 8-yard scoring pass to Hudson with 1:02 left for a 28-14 halftime lead.
The Cowboys took a 7-0 lead when quarterback Max Kreger scored on a 1-yard run with 6:26 left in the first quarter. After Gates scored on a 1-yard run that tied the game, Cowboys running back Louie Hernandez ran 42 yards for a touchdown with 34.5 seconds left for a 14-7 lead.
