The victory dropped Milpitas into second place in the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League De Anza Division and cleared the path for Palo Alto to qualify for the Central Coast Section Open Division playoffs.
Saratoga (6-3, 3-3 SCVAL De Anza Division) scored three touchdowns in the final minute to pull off the victory after trailing the entire game. After completing a 54-yard TD pass to Stephen Ruff, Dozier caught two scoring passes from junior quarterback Jonathan Walters, including the game-winner from 17 yards out.

Malcolm Davis returned a kickoff 97 yards for a touchdown and also ran an interception back for a score as the Vikings inched closer to the SCVAL De Anza Division title.
The Vikings moved into sole possession of first place when Saratoga defeated Milpitas.
Palo Alto, which can clinch with a win next week, got two touchdowns apiece from running backs Justin Gates-Mouton and Matt Tolbert. Each had at least one TD of at least 75 yards.

Wyatt Hansen accounted for 230 yards of total offense and two touchdowns, and Archbishop Mitty defeated St. Francis 35-21 on Friday night.
The senior quarterback rushed 12 times for 90 yards and one TD and also completed 6-of-13 passes for 140 yards and another score.
Junior fullback Chandler Ramirez had 13 carries for 123 yards and two TDs for Mitty.

Menlo School never looked back after a 27-0 first quarter lead, beginning with Peter Bouret's 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown on the game's opening play. Bouret added a 99-yard kick return for another score early in the second quarter.
Menlo quarterback Jack Heneghan played the first half and the Knights ran the ball the second half. Heneghan threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to Connor Stastny and a 10-yard touchdown pass to Graham Stratford. Heneghan completed 8 of 12 passes for 111 yards.

Sophomore Joey Wood, switched from fullback to tailback for this game, rushed 23 times for 130 yards and scored both touchdowns.
"We just felt the last two games, our offense hasn't run with the kind of punch we were looking for," Los Gatos coach Butch Cattalico said of making the move to Wood, a 6-foot, 210-pound hammer.
The Wildcats defense was led by junior nose guard Bailey McNally, who had 13 tackles and two sacks and also forced a fumble. Senior linebacker Tyler Perkins was in on 12 tackles.

Gunn stopped a two-point conversion with 1:19 left after a 31-yard touchdown pass from Nathan Facciolla to Peter Stern. Faciolla rushed for 90 yards in 23 carries for Monta Vista (6-3, 4-1 SCVAL El Camino).
A win next week over Fremont would give Gunn (7-2, 5-0) the division title.

Thomas Sylve scored the deciding touchdown on a one yard run in the second quarter as host Overfelt downed Andrew Hill. The Royals improve to 5-1 in the BVAL West Valley Division.
