Animal Cruelty: Animal cruelty was reported at 2:11 p.m. in the 3500 block of Mt. Diablo Boulevard. Stolen Vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen at 3 p.m. at Dewing Avenue and Mt. Diablo Boulevard. Harassment: At 3:54 p.m., harassment was reported in the 500 block of Arrowhead Drive. Accident: At 4:11 p.m., a vehicle accident was reported at Mt. Diablo Boulevard and Pleasant Hill Road. Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage was reported at 4:12 p.m. at eastbound Highway 24 and Pleasant Hill Road.
