A dampened festival, but no dampened spirits

The heavy rains that hit the East Bay Saturday morning drenched this and other area festivals (including the Walnut Festival in Walnut Creek), keeping crowds down on Saturday and forcing those who did come to run for cover or pull out umbrellas. But Sunday's beautiful weather brought back the usual crowds for this annual event.
