    Wednesday, Feb. 12

  • WARRANT: Officers on Moraga Road stopped a passenger van containing a group soliciting without permits. It was determined one occupant had an outstanding warrant and was arrested.

  • IDENTITY THEFT: A resident of Birchwood Drive reported an identity theft, that his personal information was stolen and used to open accounts at Kohl's, Sears, Target, Macy's and Best Buy. Victim contacted the credit bureaus and has monitoring in place.

    Saturday, Feb. 15

  • MISSING JUVENILE: Officers responded to Campolindo Drive for report of a 16-year-old girl who had not returned home. Officers located the girl and turned her over to the father.

  • TRAFFIC INCIDENT: Officers were dispatched to Augusta Drive for a report of 65-year-old woman who ran over her own leg after failing to put her vehicle in park while exiting. The driver has no visible injuries but was taken to a hospital for complaint of pain.

  • PANHANDLING: Man with a pit bull dog reported panhandling at Safeway on Moraga Way. The man left the area without incident after he was given a warning.

    Tuesday, Feb. 18

  • DOMESTIC DISPUTE: Officers responded to a location on Betlin Place for the report of a domestic dispute. A married couple had been arguing for most of the day; the husband agreed to leave for the night.
