  • vandalism/graffiti: A fence bordering Rheem Shopping Center on Ascot Drive was spray-painted with black lettering. Estimate cost of cleanup is $99.

  • petty theft: A resident of a care facility in the 900 block of Country Club Drive had $460 taken from her wallet. The wallet is kept in her purse which is kept hidden in the seat compartment of her walker.

    Sunday, April 6

  • traffic incident: A vehicle was found off the roadway, with air bag deployed, in the 300 block of Rheem Boulevard. The driver told officers he had fallen asleep as he drove home. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • commercial burglary: Home Goods store on Moraga Road had video of a woman taking items from the store and returning them at the cash register for store credit. This case is under investigation.
