After a remarkable 2013 season, Amador Valley's High's Johanna Grauer was named California's Junior of the Year and first-team all-state by Cal-Hi Sports this week. Grauer went 22-2 in the circle with an ERA of 0.09, allowing just two earned runs this year. She had 274 strikeouts in 152 innings and posted 19 shutouts as she led the Dons to the East Bay Athletic League title.
