Sport attracts younger players on evening, weekend schedules 
A former CHP officer charged with stealing personal photos from the phones of women in custody intends to take a plea deal in January, attorneys say.  
An 18-year-old woman was killed in a double shooting in Martinez on Friday evening, on the fifth anniversary of her older brother's own brutal murder, police and family said.  
Officers will begin wearing the devices next year as part of a countywide program.
