Falcons' Sergi caps banner year

The 2011-12 high school sports season came to a close on June 6 when College Park High wrestler Brian Sergi, left, was named the Bay Area News Group-East Bay male athlete of the year at an awards ceremony in Walnut Creek. Sergi was honored for winning the 138-pound title at the California Interscholastic Federation state championships in Bakersfield in March.
