In Martinez, Children's Light Parade, Holiday Frolic, ice skating, snow park Nov. 30, downtown. Light parade starts 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Call 925-372-3510 to register for free lights (600 sets available). Holiday Frolic includes Snow Park (Friday-Sunday), Reindeer Stop, Gingerbread House, hot cocoa with Frosty the Snowman, Santa visits, lighting Tree of Spirit.
