THURSDAY, DEC. 27

  • PETTY THEFT -- At 2:41 p.m., a caller reported theft from a vending machine at a school on E Street.

  • PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 3:20 p.m. that a checkbook was stolen from a business on Arnold Drive.

  • FRAUD -- A caller on Banbury Loop reported at 6:07 p.m. that a fraudulent charge of $700 on a debit card was made at a store in Chicago.

  • ASSAULT -- It was reported at 7:36 p.m. that a 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of punching a cashier on the side of the head at a business on Alhambra Avenue.

    FRIDAY, DEC. 28

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen at 10:12 a.m. from Ashwood Drive.

  • VANDALISM -- A caller reported at 10:50 a.m. that the windows of three vehicles at a Pacheco Boulevard business were smashed during the night.

  • ROBBERY -- It was reported at 2:44 p.m. that a wallet was turned into the police department. The owner of the wallet was a victim of a theft at a park on Estudillo Street.

  • DUI -- A 56-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 9:35 p.m. at Pine Street and Shell Avenue.

  • EMBEZZLEMENT -- A 40-year-old female employee was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement at 2:16 a.m. at a business on Arnold Drive.

  • BURGLARY -- At 9:59 a.m., a caller reported that a screen from the front window of a residence on Mono Drive was removed but there was no entry.

  • VANDALISM -- It was reported at 12:44 p.m. that a window was broken on Rainier Drive.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- At 8:49 a.m., a caller reported that a pickup was stolen from Palm Avenue.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A rear license plate was reported stolen at 9:30 a.m. from a vehicle on Fountainhead Court.

    MONDAY, DEC. 31

  • BURGLARY -- At 1:44 a.m., a woman, 24, and two men, 20 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of breaking into three vehicles on Skyline Drive.

  • BURGLARY -- It was reported at 4:41 a.m. that a man was seen jumping a fence on Vista Oaks Drive after a car alarm was sounded.

  • PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 5:07 a.m. that an employee at a business on Pacheco Boulevard discovered a hole in a fence adjacent to another business.

  • VANDALISM -- On Fountainhead Court at 11:13 a.m., a vehicle was reported vandalized. The hood dented and scratched, and soap was also poured on top of the vehicle.

  • PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 1:06 p.m. that a man stole a shopping cart of merchandise from a business on Arnold Drive.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 1:27 p.m. at an Alhambra Avenue business.

  • BURGLARY -- On Muir Road, a burglary was reported at 3:29 p.m. at a business.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A caller reported at 3:32 p.m. that a woman was seen taking packages from a porch on Morello Heights Drive and when she discovered garbage in the packages she threw them on the lawn. The woman fled in a vehicle with a male driver and another male and female passenger.

    TUESDAY, JAN. 1

  • VANDALISM -- At 10:24 a.m., a caller reported that a window of a vehicle on Flintwood Court was shot with a BB gun.

  • ROBBERY -- A caller reported at 10:45 a.m. that jewelry and a knife were stolen from a business on Pacheco Boulevard.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A woman with no identification was in custody on suspicion of petty theft at a business on Arnold Drive at 4:59 p.m.

    WEDNESDAY, JAN. 2

  • VANDALISM -- At 9:31 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle on Center Avenue was vandalized.
