  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- It was reported that someone stole a registration tab off a vehicle on Henrietta Street.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- It was reported at 4:15 p.m. that a motorist struck a vehicle and then sped through an intersection at Pine Street and Sentinel Drive.

  • SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE -- At 7:27 p.m., a caller reported a man was shining a flashlight into a residence and a truck on Boynton Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- At 9:29 p.m., it was reported that a vehicle was stolen from Hull Lane.

  • POSSIBLE BURGLARY -- A caller told police at 9:37 p.m. that someone was trying to open the rear window of a home on Center Avenue by hitting it with a stick.

    FRIDAY, NOV. 22

  • DUI -- A woman, 54, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at 3:13 a.m. at Alhambra Avenue and Highway 4.

  • HIT-AND-RUN -- It was reported at 8:20 a.m. that a motorist had struck a vehicle on Alhambra Valley Road.

  • CANINES -- Three dogs were spotted going in and out of the front entrance of a home at 10:11 a.m. on F Street.

  • FRAUD -- At 11:40 a.m., it was reported a woman was attempting to cash fraudulent checks at a Main Street business.

  • ARREST -- A man, 60, was arrested in connection with an outstanding warrant after police responded to a report at 3:54 p.m. that a woman was spitting into a donation can and the pair were threatening to beat up the caller on Center Avenue.

  • VEHICLE VANDAL -- It was reported at 7:52 p.m. that someone knocked the passenger mirror off a vehicle on Arnold Drive.


  • BURGLARY -- Two men, 26 and 27, were arrested just after 7:16 a.m., when it was reported that they had allegedly broken into a vehicle on Main Street.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- A caller reported at 9:01 a.m. that someone had stolen a vehicle from Center Avenue during the night.

  • BREAK IN -- Three juveniles were detained near Palm Avenue and San Carlos Street around 11:35 a.m. after they were reportedly seen breaking into a school on Vista Way.

  • THEFT -- It was reported at 3:22 p.m. that an unknown man had broken into a soda machine at a business on Alhambra Avenue and stolen approximately $75.

  • GRAND THEFT -- A mountain bike valued at more than $3,000 was reported stolen at 5:41 p.m. from a garage on Sterling Drive.

  • DUI -- At 6:49 p.m. on Alhambra Avenue, police arrested an 82-year-old man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

  • ALTERED STATE -- A man, 44, was cited at 8:38 p.m. along Marina Vista on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    SUNDAY, NOV. 24

  • FRAUD -- An Olympic Drive resident reported at 1:18 p.m. that someone had been using credit cards fraudulently.

  • DUI/DRUGS -- Police arrested a woman, 41, at 1:51 p.m. at a business on Arnold Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and possession of a controlled substance.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- At 10:20 p.m., a caller reported a tire rim was stolen after a vehicle was vandalized on Marina Vista.

    MONDAY, NOV. 25

  • RECOVERED AUTO -- At 12:15 p.m., police recovered a stolen vehicle that was parked at Bella Vista and Monterey avenues.

  • POSSESSION -- Police arrested a man, 19, at 12:57 p.m. at Susana Street Park on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

  • THEFT -- On Alhambra Avenue, it was reported at 1:41 p.m. that someone had stolen an iPad.

    TUESDAY, NOV. 26

  • THEFT -- Computer items were reported stolen from Farm Lane at 10:04 a.m.

  • PILFERED PURSE -- At 11:38 a.m., a purse was reported stolen from a cart at a business on Alhambra Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- An Azalea Avenue resident reported at 12:09 p.m. that someone had stolen two boxes from a porch valued at $550.

  • IMPAIRMENT -- A man was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Ward Street on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol.


  • UNDER THE INFLUENCE -- Police cited a man, 36, on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol at 12:41 a.m. on Alhambra Avenue.

  • VANDALIZED VEHICLES -- It was reported at 9:56 a.m. that four parked vehicles had been egged during the night along Alhambra Way. And, a rear passenger window of a vehicle at Court and Henrietta streets was reported smashed at 10:16 a.m.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- A caller reported at 10:29 a.m. that someone had stolen a briefcase, gym bag and wallet from a convertible that had been parked on Arnold Drive. And, an iPod and stereo equipment were reported stolen at 11:03 a.m. from a vehicle on Likins Avenue.
